DETAILS: 

The suspect broke into the Preferred Industrial Contractors' piping shop and stole a Miller 450 welding machine and a Mathey Dearman 6"-12" saddle pipe beveler. The suspect is believed to be a white male with tattoos on his left arm and left leg calf muscle.
